We will be upgrading our ticketing software, Request Tracker (RT), this Thursday morning, July 16, starting at 7:00am. The upgrade is expected to take about two hours and the system should be available again at 12noon.
During this time tickets cannot be entered online. Emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org will not generate a ticket and email responses to tickets will not be received. If you have a request that needs to be addressed on Thursday morning, please call SAIT at 860-486-8992, option 0.
The changes will be minimal. The new version will have an updated look and feel, but navigation and page layout should remain very similar.
