SAIT provides technical support for all departments in the Division of Student Affairs.
We also provide select services for the University community. This website will provide information on the systems we build, support and the units we collaborate with in the University IT space. We will also provide information and support for Student Affairs computer users, their accounts and access to University business systems. We do this by continually assessing and improving the quality of our service, taking a proactive approach to meeting technology needs and preventing problems, and incorporating best practices gleaned from the technology industry and higher education. SAIT is funded by contributions from Division of Student Affairs departments.
The Department of Student Affairs Information Technology supports the thoughtful use of information technology to enhance services provided to students. Our efforts focus on assessing technology needs, identifying appropriate technologies, and ensuring the successful use of technology for staff in their pursuit of providing service to students. We strive to create technology solutions that are timely, easy to use, and relevant. Providing consistent, high quality, and respectful customer service is of paramount importance.
We will work collaboratively to create an information technology environment that provides students with a rich suite of online tools and information sources, enables employees to better perform their jobs, and satisfies and challenges information technology professionals.
