Planned Outage:
Data center firewall reboot on Monday, April 26, between 5:30am – 7:30am.

ITS has scheduled a reboot of the data center firewall on Monday, during the maintenance window. Some Student Affairs services will lose connectivity for approximately 15 minutes when the reboot occurs. This will affect VPN, remote access, printing, file services and Division applications such as FoodPro, Pyramed, EMS, Oscars, Olivia, etc.

For any connectivity issues after 7:30am on Monday, April 26, first restart computers, then contact SAIT if the issue persists.
