Support Tickets

SAIT uses Jira Issue & Project Tracking software for managing ticket requests.

Jira allows SAIT staff to manage and route incoming requests, track issue histories and communicate with requestors. This system is also used by ITS and other local IT groups on campus. 

How to Submit Support Tickets

  • Send a detailed email to This will automatically generate a new ticket request in Jira.
  • Call the SAIT support line (486-8992) to speak with customer support staff. They will create a ticket in Jira for your support issue.
